Rocket Pro (B2B) streamlines the mortgage process for brokers and licensed mortgage professionals by enabling them to close loans faster and more efficiently. I was the Lead Content Designer/Strategist from January–June 2025, until the company decided to dissolve our team.

Partner voice
I joined Rocket Companies to lead content in the Partner product space, where I identified a lack of foundational content guidelines and a misalignment across teams. I led a cross-functional initiative to define a unified brand voice, creating a scalable foundation for our messaging across content disciplines.
I brought together our Marketing, Product, Design, and Business teams to collaboratively workshop our guiding principles and values. I knew that to create something meaningful and scalable, I needed insight from every corner of the product space — each team had a different lens on our partners, their needs, and the way we communicate with them. These workshops created space for shared understanding and alignment, and the output became the foundation for our unified content voice and strategic direction.
Partner voice AI
After we aligned on and documented the voice, I built a custom GPT equipped with those guidelines and broader content style standards. I trained it using our voice framework, sample copy, and real product examples to ensure its suggestions were not just on-brand, but also context-aware. The goal was to give cross-functional teams a quick, reliable way to draft content for things like Pendo announcements, freeing our team up to focus on review and sign-off, rather than writing every piece from scratch.

I was part of a strategic team focused on restructuring the site’s information architecture, simplifying content, and implementing a new CMS. My role centered on reducing content overload and surfacing the most relevant information for prospective partners in a clear, digestible format. I led the redesign strategy for key pages to improve clarity, drive action, and make information easier to scan — all with the goal of increasing conversions and accelerating activation, targeting a 4% boost in leads through the website.
